Peters Enterprises was incorporated in the state of North Carolina in September 1989. PEI Properties, Inc. was incorporated the same year as the real estate management subsidiary. The company has grown and evolved. Its initial emphasis was on acquisition and construction of new projects. From this stage the company has extensive holdings and its present focus is on the management of commercial real estate and sale of raw land. By managing their own projects, the properties are well kept. A tenant can get an immediate response and active negotiations by dealing directly with the owners. The holdings are varied including office/warehouse, retail, automotive, office (Suitable for professional) as well as residential apartments. The locations are just as broad reaching Burlington, Winston-Salem, Kernersville, High Point, and Thomasville. Peters Enterprises also has several business development sites in prime locations throughout this same general area. We have a professional team at your service. Peters Enterprises invites other real estate companies participation in leasing and sales of properties. Peters Enterprises has the capability in-house to design and rebuild office space to meet our tenants needs.
