President

Janice D. Kubinski was born and raised in Pennsylvania.  A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, she has been involved with real estate investments for the past fifteen years.  She is a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania.

Janice moved to the Piedmont are of North Carolina in 1985 and has obtained her North Carolina realtor's license.  She has been active in the piedmont area real estate market and has helped to establish Peters Enterprise, Inc.  After she assumed responsibility as president of PEI, she has been instrumental in acquisition of over ten million dollars work of commercial real estate in by 1991 by PEI.

Janice has excellent managerial and negotiating skills.  She is married and has a family residing in High Point.
